the location is definitely convenient, right near the train station..
The room itself was quite disappointing. paint peeled in the bathroom. the bed was squeaky and rattled due to wooden boards screwed to the frame. i noticed the reception toilet wasn't clean. I saw toilet paper on the floor and it hadn't been cleaned since the morning, even though it was evening.

The location is excellent for getting to both the train station and the city center. My room offered a good view across the city. The breakfast had a large selection of products ,including some vegetables.
The lifts were very slow ,and this was time-consuming. Cleaners were actually in the lift at checkout and would not let me in ,causing more delay. The carpet had stains and there were hairs on the floor in my room.

i found the location convenient for my travel needs the proximity to key transport hubs greatly assisted my schedule the staff demonstrated helpfulness at all times providing support when needed the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay i appreciated the well-kept facilities within the hotel.
i experienced slight inconvenience with the elevator service wait times were occasionally longer than expected this could be improved to enhance guest convenience.

The location was excellent. The bus stop to the airport was conveniently right outside the door, and all necessary amenities were nearby. The staff were helpful. They focused on environmental concerns, such as awarding drink vouchers in return for foregoing maid service during my three-day stay.
The digital key setup proved ineffective on arrival. I needed a physical keycard to activate the electricity in the room, requiring a visit to reception. This defeated the purpose of online check-in. Breakfast seemed expensive at ÂŁ17 for the buffet.

This hotel has a fantastic location I found it very convenient. I liked the offer of a free drink if you choose not to have your room serviced for more than one night this worked well for me. The bed was comfortable I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom had all necessary facilities it was quite convenient.
The hotel was ok but the air con in my room was noisy. It was either too cold or too hot I could not adjust it. I found out that the hotel parking was a nightmare. I was charged a premium rate because of the app that was unnecessary hassle.
